RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Chimera Eyewear (operated by Everyday Quality Goods) offers a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns requested after 30 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
We offer exchanges, store credit, and refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Non-returnable items: Any items that have been used or are missing their original packaging are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
